Zero Memory Required.

When memory goes to zero, love bridges the gap.

PIBs by zer0™ is developing a screenless, caregiver-controlled Personal Information Bridge for people living with memory loss. It is designed to deliver familiar, caregiver-recorded voice reminders, signal with light and vibration, and let the wearer acknowledge a message with a simple squeeze—without navigating a screen or remembering how to operate an app.

What is a zero-memory wearable?

What is a zero-memory wearable?

A zero-memory wearable is designed to support someone without requiring them to remember how to operate it. Zero-memory refers to the wearer's memory burden — not the device's electronic storage.

Zero-memory refers to the wearer's memory burden — not the device's electronic storage.

The PIB is being developed initially for people living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other forms of memory loss.

You don't use a PIB. Your PIB works for you.

How it works

Three steps. Zero effort.

01

Caregiver Records

A family member or caregiver records a familiar voice message and chooses when it should be delivered through the planned PIBcare companion app.

02

PIB Alerts

At the scheduled time, the PIB is designed to vibrate and light up before automatically playing the caregiver's recorded voice.

03

Wearer Acknowledges

The wearer simply squeezes the soft PIB to acknowledge the message. The planned caregiver system would report the acknowledgment — or notify the caregiver when no response is received.

Features

Built for zero friction.

Familiar Voice Playback

Designed to play back caregiver-recorded messages in a familiar voice — comforting and clear, without robotic text-to-speech.

Light and Vibration Alerts

The PIB is being designed to signal with light and vibration before playing a message — no screen to look at, no reading required.

Simple Squeeze Acknowledgment

The wearer simply squeezes the soft PIB to acknowledge a message. One gentle squeeze to say: I heard you. I'm okay.

Planned Caregiver App Control

The planned PIBcare companion app is being developed to let caregivers record messages, schedule delivery, and monitor acknowledgments.

Removable Core with Wearable Accessories

The PIB Core is being explored for use with interchangeable holders — bracelet, necklace, glasses, hat, earrings, or pocket clip.

Screenless Zero-Memory Design

No passwords. No logins. No screens. The wearer puts it on and goes about their day. That's the entire user experience.

Who it's for

Designed for people technology left behind.

The PIB is being developed for anyone whose caregiver wants to stay connected without putting the burden of a device on the person being cared for.

People with Memory Loss

Whether it's early-stage dementia, Alzheimer's, or cognitive decline — the Personal Information Bridge is designed to meet you exactly where you are. No learning curve. No frustration. Zero memory needed.

Family Caregivers

Record your voice once in the planned PIBcare app. The Personal Information Bridge is designed to do the rest — so you can be present all day, even when you can't be there in person.

Professional Caregivers

A screenless, voice-first tool being developed to support people in your care — without adding complexity to your workflow or theirs.

People Who Struggle with Screen-Based Technology

Elderly individuals who never adopted smartphones. Anyone who finds modern devices confusing or overwhelming. If a caregiver wants to stay connected, the PIB concept is designed to make it possible — no smartphone required on the wearer's end.
